Does it cover the geyser?
Geyser is covered from a minimum 6kW system. We recommend adding a smart timer and a low wattage element to get the most out of it.
Do I get a Certificate of Compliance (COC)?
Yes — we issue a solar COC with every installation. Note this is supplementary to your house's electrical COC, so you'll need a valid house COC in place too.
What's the warranty?
Manufacturer warranties on panels, inverters and batteries, plus our own workmanship guarantee on top.
How long does installation take?
Depends on system size — normally 1–2 days, done by our own certified team.
Do you work all over South Africa?
We work across most of South Africa, with Gauteng as our home base. Travel costs may apply outside Gauteng; contact us to confirm availability in your area.
What maintenance is needed?
Minimal — occasional panel cleaning and routine checks. Quality equipment lasts 20+ years.
Do I need to register with Eskom or my municipality?
We issue the SSEG report for you; you then complete your own registration with your municipality or Eskom.
Can I expand my system later?
Yes — we design every system with future expansion in mind.
What after-sales support do you offer?
Lifetime support on our systems. If you ever have a problem — even after your warranty ends — we've got your back.
